Hey! First of all, thank you for checking out our little healthy corner of the web. I came up with the idea for this site because I’ve recently transformed myself, and my life, and I wanted to help others achieve the same! I’ve suffered from many health issues throughout my life, including things like Rosacea, and a simple change of lifestyle has improved my life in such an incredible way that I want to be able to share it with everyone!
Now don’t click off just yet – I used to be extremely sceptical when it came to things like this. I mean, obviously I understood that technically healthy food / exercise was a good thing, but I never thought it could have SUCH incredible effects!!
And for those of you who may be thinking you don’t have time to be fit and healthy – I work full time, have a 1.5hour commute, babysit often, run a website, model part time, have a social life AND have manage to fit exercise and healthy eating in! So no excuses !
The aim of the whole site will be general health, fitness and well-being but on my blog here one of the main things I’m going to do is a daily food diary - you’ll be able to see exactly how I achieve my healthy food intake in ways which don’t require much effort!
