Avocado breakfast

A super quick and easy but incredibly tasty and healthy breakfast!¬†This breakfast is super good for you as eggs and avocado are both amazingly healthy! People tend to avoid them because they are “fatty” but they misunderstand the fact that these are good fats – the kinds of fats you REALLY need in your body! Also, avocados are actually alkaline forming foods, so you should make a point of introducing them into your diet!

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 avocado
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Brown bread

So the method is pretty self explanatory but here we go:

- Fry an egg on coconut oil
- Pop some bread in the toaster
- Mash up half an avocado and sprinkle some freshly squeezed lemon juice over it
- Spread the avocado over your toast
- Pop your fried egg on top!

Voila! A perfect start to your day :)
