Gluten Free Bread


If you’re on a gluten free kick or just want to try a different kind of home made bread – check out our yummy recipe for gluten free bread – it’s so good! 

- 500g of gluten-free ready flour ( OR 250g buckwheat flour and 250g rice flour / OR 100g corn flour, 100g rice flour and 300g buckwheat flour)
- 3 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 3 tablespoons sunflower
-3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
-1 tablespoon sesame
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 25g of fresh yeast or 15g dry yeast
- 550ml hot water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil


Sift the flour into a big bowl, and add the remaining dry ingredients followed by water and olive oil. Mix everything with a wooden spoon. Cover the bowl tightly with foil and leave for around 15-20 minutes and no more!

Smear a 10 x 25cm mould with some oil and sprinkle with gluten free flour. After a slight rising, mix the bread dough with a wooden spoon and transfer into the prepared tin. Cover the tin with foil,  being careful so as to not stick the foil to the dough, and leave to rise for 10-20 minutes.

After rising take the foil off and place in a pre-heated oven (at 230 degrees) and bake for about 56-60 minutes. (After about 20 minutes reduce the temperature to about 210 degrees). Cool on a wire rack.
