Our January health blog of the month is “Be a Passion Junkie” by the incredibly beautiful and charming Fab Giovanetti.
Here’s why we have chosen “Be a Passion Junkie” as our health blog of the month, by Anna:
Fab’s blog is … well – fab!! she has so much passion for what she does and it shines through her work. I love the fact that all the images are edited in a super cute way! The things she writes about really speak to me and her blog just reminds me why I wanted to get in to the health and wellbeing community in the first place! She is truly wonderful and I’d recommend her blog to anyone!
Here’s what she had to say:
‣ Tell us a little about yourself!
Hi, my name is Fab and I am a passion junkie. I am a business mentor, success and health coach for female entrepreneurs. I am also the founder of the Health Bloggers Community. My mission is to help people reach optimal health and achieve the freedom lifestyle (which is also my punchline - ha!) and of course, convert every single human being to green smoothies.
‣ What inspired you to start your blog?
I am a blog addict. I started my first blog back in 2009, writing about music for about 4 years. However, people grow, change and evolve, so I more and more tailored my blog to follow my own path, gearing towards health, self-development and business support. I love writing, and I have the attention span of a goldfish, so blogs fit me very well.
‣ What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Stop focusing, start flowing. Some people may thrive on control, I get exhausted by it. I do believe in setting big goals, then letting them go to something bigger than us (aka God, the big U, the higher self, you name it) and trust the process. Focusing on daily steps having a rock solid vision is much more powerful than having a 5 year business plan. What I keep repeating when I find myself stressing over things is ‘thine will be done’. Powerful stuff.
‣ Favourite health rule?
Make your own rules. I am channeling Tara Stiles here, but still I strongly believe in the importance of creating your own health rules in order to have the healthiest body, mind and life overall. Listen to you body, listen to other people (please, seriously, do listen to them) and accept that you are a work in progress for pretty much all of your life.Today you are vegan, tomorrow you may be paleo, and the day after you are going raw. Give your body what it truly needs.
